Merry Christmas from me & Ronald (Sweet Christmas Gifts for You)
MERRY CHRISTmas to all my dear blog readers and friends. I hope your holiday is filled with good things and people.
I happened to meet Ronald a few days ago and was just THRILLED. I can't tell you how happy it made me to see him. He was charming, witty, and so funny! It made my entire week--it was awesome! I'm such a child at heart, and I thought this was seriously the BEST trip I've ever made to McDonalds! I met him at the McDonalds on Atlantic in Jacksonville, FL!
I had no idea he would be there, and he walks in passing out presents to EVERY kid in the store, taking pictures and spending time with each person there!
You can see he is talking to my mom on my cell phone!
WHAT a GREAT guy! Sorry the pic is so dark (my husband is kin to me in the fact that neither of us can take a picture worth a flip!)
Merry Christmas to you my dear friends--
I purchased a few McDonald certificates to give out to you my dear blog reader and friends ( I wish I could give you each one..I wish I could go with each one of you my dear friends and we could eat, talk, and laugh together! I hope when you swing by and take a little bite of guilty heaven, courtesy of K Andrew, you will smile and remember what it was like to be a child. So take your gift certificate if you win one, swing by there, and enjoy a sweet memory!
PS My own lil one Jonas was completely nerve-wracked with Ronald, and refused to take a pic with Ronad. However, Ronald is one sharp guy--while I was holding my lil one, and he came up behind me, so my hubby could get the pic--how awesome was that?????
MY GIFT TO YOU my FOLLOWERS--I will give these out until they run out-I bought as many as I could-just leave me a comment with an email for me to contact you...make sure you are a follower, and I'll email people in a few days.
Love from my heart to yours--Merry Christmas!

Tutorial: Print and Cut in SCAL 2.03: Sure Cuts a Lot, Giveaway! FREE FILE!
Here is my gingy (although she isn't too happy having printer lines across her--bwwhahahah)
Hi everyone! Here is my video showing you how to print and cut in the latest version of scal, which I upgraded to free from my old 2.00 version.
Here is the link for the new scal to upgrade your old version:
Just click on downloads, and then download 2.03
I am also including the Scal, gingerbread baby I drew in photoshop, the plain gingerbread baby to make your cut/mat, and MTC print and cut file--I this way you can walk thru it step by step if you have SCAL.
However, if you are not into drawing and creating your own graphics, then you can do the same thing with another graphic you have.
The TRICK to having it line up--is you use the BLUE paper guide I've included in the SCAL file--your image will print on the paper, then you take the paper and line it up right against the left hand side--just like the blue paper guide shows. voila!
The only thing I will warn you about is...if you use the traced image for the mat/cut line it might be jagged. If you make your own mat--it will be smooth. Mat your own solid shaped outline/mat in INkscape and bring that into mtc or scal, as I did. Just my 2 cents! heeehee
If you don't have SCAL or MTC, I have links on my sidebar for you to download. If you happen to purchase it from my blog, let me know and I'll send you some free files to play with. You can always grab the FREE version too to try it out until you decide. That's what I did!

CHECK This out! I designed this blog for Oma's Crafts--Custom Blog!
Hi everyone! As you know, I just recently started offering up Custom Blog Design, after I created my blog here. I wanted to share my newest Blog Creation: Oma's Crafts. I did Oma's blog top to bottom according to her specifications. Oma sent me a picture, and told me she wanted bears that symbolized her grandchildren hanging from the edge, and she wanted red, green, and purple as her colors. Here is her blog (I think the custom girl I made her looks just like the picture she sent to me--the same SWEET expression--although her new picture she just put up has lighter hair--it's just adorable--and she has a PLUM cricut expression!)
She also wanted me to put her using a computer, as she says that's where she is most of the day!
Leave me a comment and let me know what you think!
If you want me to custom make you a blog, then email me or check out the Cricky Boutique tab at the top of my blog! My turn around is very quick. It took me about 45 hours to do Omas blog including her blinkie/badges, slideshows, etc!

I'm not forgetting you my friends!
I have been really sick, and then I started on my Grab Bag files at VDBC for January. It's taken me 4 FULL days to create my 4 files. Since I draw everything start to finish, then convert and create in ALL the programs, then test cut, then assemble, take pictures, and package--it seriously takes me a full day to make one cut file. So that's what I've been doing for the past 4 days! LOL!
Since they are grab bag, I cant' make videos of them until after I've created them! Teehee!
So if all goes well, then tomorrow I'll be on with a video with a giveaway tomorrow!

Hello all my Creative Friends & Bloggers! Welcome to our Two Day Jolly Holly Blog Hop. We are happy to have you hoping along with us. We have over 20+ holiday gift ideas to show you over the next two days.
There will lots of blog candy along the way. In addition we will be having 3 grand prize winners. Our first grand prize is sponsored by Scrapadabadoo, our 2nd grand prize is a mystery prize that you will find at the end of the hop, and our 3'rd grade prize is from The Pink Cricut Stamps.

Tonight I have a VERY cute 3D Treat Box for you! The bottom is a fully functional box, and on top of the lid is another TREAT holder--a sweet Gingerbread House. The house can hold candy, cards, treats, etc. It would be so neat to put a treat in the top and the present in the bottom. It would be great to put a stack of handmade cards or recipe cards in the bottom, with a treat or chocolate covered spoons/tea bags/cookies in the top. Sooooo many possibilities!
I cut the gingerbread house and box out, then I glued the house onto the box. I then decorated the house with "icing" (puffy paint) and the box with snow/frosting (puffy paint). I decorated with chenille stem candy canes, and pom pom gum drops! The lil gingerbread baby is from the Smiley Cards catridge. I put a cellophane bag filled with Peppermint Tootsie Roll Pops and tied with a pink grosgrain ribbon!
YOU CAN MAKE THIS TOO!

I created this cut file in ALL formats (SVG SCAL MTC KNK WPC GSD AI EPS). It also makes a fantastic spooky house at Halloween!! If you would like this cut-file you can grab it by clicking HERE.
