This 28-year-old player will be hardly able to return to the Indian team now, missed the golden chance!

New players are being given an opportunity in the Indian team. If a player makes the slightest lapse in performing, he has to bear the brunt of it. That is why many players from Team India are getting inside. The series has been continuing since the World Cup 2019.

India's dangerous batsman Rohit Sharma scored the highest number of runs in the World Cup 2019. But the Indian team suffered a defeat by New Zealand in the semifinals. In the meantime, a player was selected in the Indian team which was very much expected by all. People and the team management had much expectations with him as he was selected in a controversial way in the team ahead of Ambati Rayadu as the number 4 batsman in the team for his 3-D capabilities.

The player is India's young allrounder Vijay Shankar. Vijay Shankar was inducted into the Indian team in the World Cup 2019. He had a special record by taking wickets on the first ball of his first match. But, apart from that, Vijay Shankar could not do anything special.

Vijay Shankar had to be out of Team India after being injured. But even after being fit now, they are not being included in Team India. That is why he is constantly running out of the Indian team. However, the Indian team is very much in need of a good allrounder in the absence of Hardik Pandya.

But the team selectors are not relying on Vijay Shankar and giving opportunities to new all rounder players. Because of this, Vijay Shankar's career is in danger. If an all-rounder performs best, Vijay Shankar's hopes of a comeback in the Indian team will be over.
